NORTH AMERICA - DINOSAUR PARK
Dinosaur Provincial Park lies along the banks of Red Deer River Alberta, Canada. Although it covers relatively small area 60 km, the Park contains a world-famous collection of dinosaur fossils. Many of the fossils date the Mesozoic period, about 245 - 265 million years ago. Dinosaurs became extinct approximately 200 million years ago.
