Simple past, Polite Requests, Personal Pronouns
Students fill in gaps with the past form of verbs, write in the missing words of a dialogue, they write requests (Could you....,please?)and replace names with personal pronouns to avoid repeating words in sentences. Eg.: Mary is 10. Mary is my friend. --> Mary is 10. She is my friend. (The exercises are based on Project 3. unit 1.)
