We all believe that the food in the best restaurants isn’t as good as grandma’s home cooking – right? 2.1. He decided to employ grandmothers from all over the world to cook. It all started about 12 years ago. The owner, James Scaravella, wasn’t satisfied with the food served in his restaurant. 2.2. It said: “Italian restaurant is looking for grandmothers to cook regional dishes.” A few women answered his ad and since then, the restaurant has been very successful. With time, the kitchen staff has grown bigger. 2.3. They come from different countries such as Nigeria, Poland or Argentina. But in this female team there is one grandfather, Giuseppe Freya, who is a pasta expert. Of course, so many passionate cooks in one kitchen may cause problems. 2.4. Then James makes the decision for them and the problem is solved.
