A coast-to-coast holiday

Last summer Robin went on a coast-to-coast trip to the USA. He saw a lot of places and used different means of transportation. How did Robin travel to each place?
ReadRobin's letter: match the means of transportation on the left with theplaces on the rightwriting letters A-Fin the boxes. There'sone example (A).
Let me tell you about my wonderful holiday to the USA. First of all, I travelled from London to New York by plane. When we arrived I saw JFK Airport... WOW... it's full of people and very busy!
The first day we hired a limo and went to the World Trade Center. We saw the place where the Twin Towers used to be. Now there's an empty space. It was so sad!
The following day we had a wonderful experience at Niagara Falls. We went to the very foot of the falls by ferry-boat, the famous Maid of the Mist. I bought the rain poncho they gave me for the tour.
The third day we hired a camper van to travel through the Rocky Mountains National Park, where we spent to days taking pictures of elks and other animals. It was really exciting... and a bit funny, because our van had a hippie style.
The fourth day we took a train to New Orleans, where we could listen to jazz music in a beautiful jazz club. The people of New Orleans are strange and funny: they play music at any time and eat a lot!
We also travelled by coach to Mount Rushmore and saw the sculputured faces of four American presidents on it. The presidents are: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.
That was the best holiday of my life. I enjoyed a lot, I bought many souvenirs, and took a great number of pictures.
