A hotel reservation e-mail

Write an e-mail to the Reservations Manager of the Ibis Hotel in your city to reserve a room for a foreign colleague. You will need to include the information in the memo below:

  • begin and end  the e-mail appropriately
  • say you are contacting them to enquire about availability of a room.
  • offer to telephone to make the reservation with a credit card if a room is available  

Pls reserve a room at the Ibis  for the Quality Manager from Montreal -- Annette Pretorios. She's coming over for four days for the Sales Conference on the 5-8 July. Flight arrives at Heathrow at 22.30, so check there'll be someone on reception 'til late
